Do you recognise our very hungry friend? Yes, one of our experiments with food turned into The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. We love reading this story, so we decided to create our very own hungry caterpillar with cucumber slices, walnuts, a cherry tomato, melon seeds, and liquorice.
