Let it snow!
Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since we’ve no place to go,
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!
As we close in on the “white week” and the carnival in Italy, we decided to make some sparkling snow for ourselves.
The snowbaubles were made using folded ‘pleats’ and decorated with fuschia pink and deep blue glitter to make them sparkle.
At the end of the workshop we watched The Snowman (1982) animated film introduced by David Bowie, and based on the picture book (1978) by Raymond Briggs. Magical!
