First year classes 1c and 1b worked with white pencil to create feathery textures using curved strokes.

Here are a few excerpts from the bible to accompany our visual work.

• Psalms 55:6. I said, Oh, that I had wings like a dove! I would fly away and be at rest.
• Isaiah 38:14. Like a swallow, like a crane, so I twitter; I moan like a dove; My eyes look wistfully to the heights; O Lord, I am oppressed, be my security.
• Psalms 68:13. When you lie down among the sheepfolds, You are like the wings of a dove covered with silver, And its pinions with glistening gold.
