Here we are working on our months and seasons. It’s increasingly difficult to distinguish between the months of the year, and our drawings reflect events rather than the climate conditions of each month. we introduced Valentine’s Day (February), Father’s Day (March), and Worker’s Day (May).
We also learnt the number of days in each month, which was quite easy, except for leap years! Here’s a good way to learn:
Thirty days hath September,
April, June, and November.
All the rest have thirty-one,
Excepting February alone,
And that has twenty-eight days clear,
And twenty-nine in each leap year.
